We are pleased to announce that an additional 230 GWh unbundled Firm Volume Capacity will be offered for sale on an auction as rest-of- year product with delivery period from 1^st November 2023 to 1^st April 2024 (5 months).

This additional capacity is extra capacity in the caverns due to the high filling level at the start of the storage year and consequently less summer injection leading to less heat buildup underground resulting in more volume capacity.

Please note that the successful Bidders in the auction should use their already booked firm injection and withdrawal capacities to utilize the Firm Volume Capacity won in the auction. Alternatively, successful Bidders may use injection capacity on interruptible terms and book additional Firm Withdrawal Capacity after the auction.

The auction will be held on Thursday the 26^th of October from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Danish time.
